Welcome to FranchiseNegosyo. By using the platform you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short and plain on purpose.

1. What FranchiseNegosyo is, and is not

  • We are a directory, advertising, lead-generation, and advisory platform. We help seekers discover franchise opportunities and connect with brands, consultants, and owners.
  • We are not a franchise broker, not a party to any franchise agreement, and we do not negotiate, close deals, or give investment or legal advice.
  • Listing information comes from published sources and from the brands themselves as they verify their pages. We do not verify or endorse any provider's earnings or profit claims. Always confirm figures with the franchisor and do your own due diligence before investing.

2. Free for seekers

Browsing, tools, and guidance requests are free for seekers, and no account is ever required to use them.

3. Advisors and providers are independent

Advisors, consultants, and owners on the platform are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. A profile or badge means the person passed our verification steps; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of outcomes.

4. Connections happen on the platform

Introductions and early conversations run through the platform, which protects your contact details until you choose to share them. Attempts to misuse contact information are a violation of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

  • No false, misleading, or unlawful content.
  • No impersonating a brand or person, or claiming a listing you are not authorized to manage.
  • No harvesting other users' data or spamming.

We may moderate content, and suspend or remove accounts that break these rules. Decisions can be appealed once from your dashboard, and the appeal decision is final.

6. Content and takedowns

If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, use the notice-and-takedown process.

7. Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on listed information or on any provider's advice. Franchising involves risk; invest carefully.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
