Consent To Share Your Details

When you send an inquiry or request guidance, we ask for your explicit consent before sharing anything. This page records the exact wording (version 2026-07-v1), what each option means, and how to change your mind later.

The sharing consent (required to connect you)

“I agree that FranchiseNegosyo may share my contact details and franchise requirements with the recipients below, so they can respond to my inquiry.”

Depending on your request, the recipients may be:

• the franchise brand your inquiry is about (or its verified representative);
• vetted independent franchise advisors matched to your request.

This consent is required only because connecting you is impossible without it. It covers that inquiry only; a new inquiry asks again.

The updates consent (optional)

“Send me relevant franchise updates and guidance by email. I can unsubscribe anytime.”

Entirely optional, never pre-ticked, and declining it never affects your inquiry.

What we record

For every consent we store the wording version you saw, which options you ticked, the recipient classes disclosed, and the time of consent, so there is never doubt about what you agreed to.

Withdrawing consent

Withdraw anytime: account holders from the Privacy panel in their account; anyone by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal stops future sharing; recipients already connected are instructed to stop contacting you on your request. See the Privacy Policy for your full rights.
